Thanks for expressing an interest in GrandeVille. Just a couple things about us that you may not have known. We've been around for over 40 years and still remain under the same ownership. We're proud that we enjoy one of the very best reputations in our industry. We've built that reputation on the premise that we're in the business to take care of some very precious people. Now we could have easily joined the ranks of the big corporate owned homes that are only concerned about how long you are able to pay for their services. If you do your due diligence you'd find that those services are generally pricey and you'd be surprised to find that when you run out of money you are most likely shown the door.

Those facilities may be newer and have a lot of bells and whistles, that you will pay for, but understand something very, very important: all New York State certified Assisted Living facilities operate under the same rules and regulations. We do what they do, they do what we do. What's the difference: we can provide it for substantially less money. We're a small, family owned operation with a reasonable overhead that doesn't have to generate those big corporate salaries.

Our facility is clean, neat and has recently undergone an extensive remodeling. More importantly, living within our community offers individuals the opportunity to remain as independent as possible. We do offer at our all-inclusive cost, as much or as little as you need of: medication management; case management; activities; home-cooked, dietician approved meals; assistance with personal care; housekeeping and laundry services; Religious services are offered weekly.
