Jeanine McKay

Chief Operating Officer
Jeanine has over 20 years experience working in multiple levels of Senior Care. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in management and a certification in Gerontology. Jeanine has been employed here at GrandeVille since 2012.

Tina Brown

Administrator
Tina has over 25 years experience in a variety of Healthcare fields including: Assisted Living, Adult Day Care, Nursing Home and Companion Care. She holds an Associates degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a Bachelors in Community and Human Services. She has been in her position at GrandeVille since 2008.

Lauri Butera

Business Manager
Lauri has 35 years experience in the Office Management and Human Resources field. She was hired as our Business Manager in 2019.

Susan "Sue" Dame

Head Housekeeper
Sue has been an employee of GrandeVille since 1991. She was originally hired as a staff Housekeeper and then was promoted to Head Housekeeper in 2008.

Richard "Rick" Connor

Activities Coordinator/Case Manager
Rick has an Associates degree from MCC in Communications & a Bachelors degree from SUNY Brockport in Recreation Management. He began his career as an intern at several different Assisted Living facilities and fell in love with the profession. Rick started out in GrandeVille in the Recreation Dept and in 2013 was assigned to the role of Case Manager/Recreation Coordinator. He has been employed here since 2010.

Miguel Vargas

Maintenance Director
Miguel has over 30 years experience in the Maintenance field. He was hired in our Maintenance Dept in 2012 and was promoted to Maintenance Director in 2013.

Amber Huff

Food Service Director
Amber has been an employee here at GrandeVille since 2003. She has worked in many capacities over the years.
